The 3R International Scientific Conference on Material Cycles and Waste Management (3RINCs) serves as a leading regional platform in Asia and the Pacific, convening researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and industry leaders to advance science, innovation, and policy in support of a sustainable circular society.
Since its first conference in Kyoto in 2014, 3RINCs has been hosted regularly across cities in Asia and the Pacific, fostering the exchange of knowledge and best practices in waste management, recycling, resource circulation, and circular economy approaches. Over the years, it has grown into a prominent forum for cross-sector collaboration, connecting local governments, businesses, academic institutions, and international organizations.
